Custom Only,Inc. is a family owned woodworking company specializing in the design and creation of beautiful staircases. Christian Magro, owner of the company, worked as an architect for years before getting out from behind a desk. Having worked as a shop foreman, craftsman and field installer for other staircase and woodworking companies Christian started Custom Only, Inc.
Custom home builders as well as homeowners were looking for true craftsmanship and quality staircases at an affordable price. Christian wears all of the hats including shop foreman, chief installer and staircase designer. The reduction of overhead usually needed by the larger companies to pay for large shops, corporate employees and sales associates allow Custom Only, Inc. to build you a high quality staircase that would typically be out of reach with other companies.
In fact, Custom Only, Inc. has actually been used by our competitors for many projects and stamped with their name. Because we are such a small company and plan to remain that way we do not pose much of a threat to the large companies. We sometimes refer clients to our competitors depending on the project and our availability. Our loyalty is always to the project and we do what is needed to make sure things get done right.

Custom Only projects are not production based and we never work with production builders.
Our projects typically do not incorporate inferior materials such as MDF or fingerjoint parts. Although these types of materials have their place and in some cases are not a problem for us or the client, we typically use solid hardwood that we hand pick for quality and beauty.
We do not use "off the shelf" materials and encourage the use of specialty woods and designs. Making all of our wood parts ourselves we are able to give every project that special touch needed to make it just right. And because we make our own parts those truly custom parts are very affordable.

Our designs are created using computer aided design and many of our parts are created using CNC machinery, including turnings.
No fancy tool, however, can compete with our passion we have for the work. You will know this when you meet us and you will know this when you see the quality of our work.
